Chicken salad with mushrooms
Chicken salad with mushrooms is a special preparation, suitable for the holiday feast. Because it can be easily packaged, it is an ideal option for office trips or fast meals.
2 chicken breasts
8 pickled cucumbers
600 g canned mushrooms
150 g of yogurt
150 ml oil
4 tablespoons mustard
2 dock ties
Method of preparation
Bring the chicken breast to a boil with salt, until the meat comes off the bone. Pour water and leave the chicken to cool.
ready mayonnaise from raw egg, salt, mustard, yogurt, lemon juice and oil, mixed at high speed with the mixer. The result will be a more liquid sauce, ideal as dressing for salads.
Chop the cucumbers, mushrooms and boiled chicken.
Mix ingredients with mayonnaise sauce, add finely chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Allow salad in refrigerator 2-3 hours before serving.
Method of serving
It is served as an appetizer or topping.
To reduce preparation time, you can use purchased light mayonnaise.
It replaces the preserved mushrooms with the raw ones, which you prepare in the pan beforehand.
