Milanese pasta is appreciated by meat lovers, due to the sauce consistent with smoked bacon, so aromatic and tasty.
400 g pasta, of your choice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
300 g smoked bacon
200 g mushrooms
1 twig oregano
150 g of race
Method of preparation
Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt, according to the time indicated on the packaging.
Meanwhile, heat the onion in hot oil, then add the bacon cut into strips, mushrooms cut into rounds and tomato paste.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a sprig of fresh oregano. Leave the mixture covered, over low heat, about 10 minutes, until the mushrooms soften.
Add some water if needed.
Add the boiled pasta and water over this sauce.
Serve hot pasta with grated parmesan on top.
