Pancakes in the oven
Baked pancakes represent a sophisticated dessert, which you can prepare on the weekend, when the whole family gathers around the table.
For the dough
10 tablespoons flour
600 ml milk
1 salt powder
For the filling
250 g of cow cheese
2 tablespoons cough sugar
100 ml cream
1 glass of fruit jam
Method of preparation
Break the egg into a deep bowl, add the flour and milk, one by one, alternating between the two ingredients.
When the mixture becomes homogeneous add a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of cold water, then give everything in the refrigerator, at least 15 minutes.
From this dough baked pancakes in a greased pan with a little oil.
The pancakes obtained are greased with fruit jam, rolled and placed in a heat-resistant form, greased with butter.
Sprinkle among the cheesecake pancakes mixed with cough sugar, cover everything with cream and bake for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot pancakes, powdered with sugar.
Add over the pancakes covered with cream a little orange peel, for a special aroma.
