The apple cake is very easy to prepare and is one of the most delicious desserts, which reminds us of childhood.
8 tablespoons sugar powder
115 g margarine (butter)
200 g flour
1 baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 kg of apples
5 tablespoons cough sugar
300 g fresh sour cream
Method of preparation
Wash the apples, clean them from the peel, then remove the seeds. Cut the apples into thin slices and place them in a saucepan, adding 5 tablespoons of cough sugar.
Separately, in a large bowl rub the egg yolks with six tablespoons of powdered sugar until you get a foam. Add vanilla sugar and mix.
Pour over this composition and flour, mixed with baking powder, microwave melted margarine and egg whites beaten egg.
In a cake pan, covered with baking paper, place the quality apples, then cover them with the dough obtained previously.
Bake the cake on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Check that the countertop is baked with a toothpick.
Leave the cake to cool and prepare the whipped cream.
Beat the cream for the cream with 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, until doubled in volume.
Spread the cake on a platter and cover it with whipped cream.
