Chocolate cake with cherries

The cake with chocolate and cherries is delicious, and the sour taste of the fruits harmonizes perfectly with the sweetness of the chocolate.

5 eggs

5 tablespoons old

5 tablespoons flour

1.5 tablespoons oil

1.5 tablespoons starch

2 tablespoons water

1 envelope baking powder


1 chocolate pudding

300 ml of starch

200 g of cheese

100 g fat cream

100 g old powder

500 g of cherries


100 g chocolate

100 ml liquid cream

Method of preparation

Prepare a pandispan top of the ingredients mentioned, then cook it on low heat for about 25 minutes. Leave the counter to cool and, in the meantime, prepare the filling for the cake.

Prepare the pudding with milk, according to the instructions on the envelope. Add fat cream, cow's milk, water, powdered sugar and mix everything with a blender. You must obtain a fine composition, slightly aerated. Finally, incorporate the cherries.

Cut the cake top in two halves, fill it with cream, then cover the cake with a chocolate and whipped cream, melted at bain-marie.


Decorate the cake with chocolate flakes and cherries.
