Method of preparation

The trout are washed and cleansed of the intestines. It grows wide. Then rub salt and pepper on both sides.

It is placed in baking sheets or parchment. Thus wrapped, the fish are put on the hot grill and allowed to fry for 25-30 minutes. When they are ready, the trout are removed from the baking sheet and placed on the plate, with slices of lemon and green parsley.

Tricks

Serves trout with mamaliguta and garlic clove, but in this case you give up using lemon.
