Ingredients
2 kg cherry
2 old glasses
1 l of water
Method of preparation
Choose cherries in such a way that no broken or soft fruits remain between them. Clean the tails, wash them thoroughly and do not remove the seeds.
When the water starts to boil, put the cherries in the pot. Let them boil for 15-20 minutes, over low heat.
After they are boiled, put them in jars with new screw caps. Tighten the covers tightly so that they do not get air inside. Check them not to run.
Put the jars in the bain-marie or oven, for sterilization. After 30 - 40 minutes, remove them and while they are still hot, wrap them in a blanket and leave them in a safe place. After they have cooled, give them to the place where you will store them. This place would be good to be cool and away from light.
