Ingredients

200 g of rice

150 g old powder

150 g old cough

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

50 g butter

150 ml of water

200 ml coconut milk

1 packet was pie

100 g coconut flakes

1/2 lemon

Method of preparation

Wash the rice in cold water, then bring to a boil. Add little coconut milk, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and coconut.

Leave the composition to cool.

Meanwhile, prepare a syrup from cough sugar and 150 ml of water. After the sugar has melted, add the juice from half a lemon and leave the syrup on the fire until it thickens slightly.

Grease the pie sheets with melted butter and place them on top of each other, in series of four. Then cut the sheets into four equal pieces.

Fill these rectangles with rice, wrap them well and bake at 195 degrees, about 30 minutes. Once they are ready, cover the syrup rolls and garnish with the coconut.
