A new drug approved by Americans promises to be one of the most effective treatments against bacterial vaginosis, the most popular genital infection in women. The drug, called Tindamax, treats the entire reproductive tract, including the upper part, where the bacteria that causes the infection migrate, according to HealthDay News.
Usually, this infection has no symptoms. When they do exist, however, the affected people experience burns and itching during urination.
