Come and spend the World Animal Day together!
On Sunday, October 2, Whiskas and Pedigree invite pet owners and lovers to the Children's Palace to celebrate together World Animal Day, through an event full of surprises for children and adults.
Every year, on October 4, the Day of Saint Francis of Assisi, the protector of all animals, is celebrated worldwide. It is the day when all groups associated with animals join forces to promote affection, love and respect for ungodly beings.
And this year, for three hours, children and parents are waiting in the foyer of the Children's Palace to enter the world of pets, enjoying the attractions prepared by Whiskas and Pedigree for this special day: contests, temporary tattoos, face painting, figurines from balloons, raffles. ... And of course the kittens and breed dogs presented by the Romanian Feline Association and the Romanian Chinological Association. One of the most anticipated moments of the event will be presented by the Canine Cris Training School, which will demonstrate skills and discipline.
The Veterinary Consultant Masterfoods will answer questions about proper breeding and care of your pets and will provide feeding recommendations.
We are waiting for you on Sunday, at the Children's Palace, to celebrate our little friends, to show them how much we love and respect them, and how much we value the company.
"Have you thought about my brothers?"
Also on the occasion of World Animal Day, Pedigree initiates a donation program in three large stores in Bucharest (Carrefour Orhideea, Carrefour Chiajna and Selgros Baneasa), under the title "Have you thought about my brothers?".
Consumers are invited to buy and donate dog food for the homeless dog shelter belonging to the Daisy Hope Foundation. For each product donated by the buyers in the store, Pedigree will also donate a puppy food product.
The Daisy Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization that depends entirely on the generosity of its peers. The shelter of the foundation hosts and takes care of 250 dogs without a master who need our help.
