Hyperactive child

Hyperactive child

Question:

- Tudor is 8 months old and I think he is a hyperactive child. He is already walking alone and this is a great pleasure for him ... but he "doesn't know how to stop it". He is exhausted and yet he still wants activity. Because of this the night's sleep is very hectic ... frequent awakening, half-hourly. The day has a sleep of 2 hours in the morning and half an hour after the meal. It can be seen, however, that there are no restful dreams. He is getting better all the time ... I consulted a neurologist ... he was given an encephalogram ... everything is normal, normal psychic development and I was told that this aspect that worries me will be overcome with age. Tudor is also very agitated ... and sometimes even aggressive. I put everything on account of the personality, but I am worried that it is so aggressive from such an early age. Tudor suffers from the spasm of crying, who was also told that he will be overcome with age. What to do? I cannot stand with my hands in my breast. Please help me a lot with an answer.

Answer:

From what you have written, I understood that Tudor was seen by a neurologist who made some recommendations and that is why I advise you to calm down and listen to him.

The too young age of the child, 8 months, prevents us from doing a psychological evaluation and talking about what you suspect, namely the overactive child.
For your peace of mind, if you think it might be necessary, go back to the neurologist who has seen Tudor before and express your fears about your child.
Good luck!
