Poultry soup is very nutritious, being one of the traditional Romanian recipes.
2.5- 3 kg poultry meat
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
3 l of water
Method of preparation
First wash the poultry meat and clean it well, then clean the shell vegetables.
Place the meat in a pot in which 3 liters of water, pepper and salt are poured. Put the soup to a boil over a suitable fire and add the sauce after the boil is half boiled.
Finally, the chopped parsley can be added.
Poultry soup can be consumed simple, with house noodles or with prawns, depending on personal preferences.
It is possible to renounce the use of sausages and keep only the onion. In this way, the taste of the bird will be much more pronounced.
