Cake with honey and wine

Honey and wine cake is a dessert, very aromatic, which will remind you of the holidays. It is prepared very easily and quickly, and its taste is tasty.

150 ml honey

200 ml of wine

1 half cup of oil

20 g cinnamon

3 tiles weighed

peel from an orange

1 sachet of baking powder

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

300 g flour

70 g vanilla powder

1 salt powder

Method of preparation

Mix flour with honey, wine and oil. Add over these ingredients cinnamon, crushed peas, vanilla sugar, orange peel and salt. Add the baking powder with lemon juice and gradually add the flour.

Place the cake in a greased baking tray with oil and flour and bake for 60 minutes. In the end, powder the cake with vanilla powdered sugar.
