Urinary tract infections, enuresis in children, circulatory problems or disorders of the nervous system can be treated with the help of herbal baths or essential oils, says specialists in alternative medicine.
"Baths with horse tail tea are indicated for the treatment of kidney, urinary and kidney disease in children. In the half full bath add 4-5 liters of concentrated tea. "I recommend that the oil, before being introduced into the water, dissolve in a quantity of 50 ml of alcohol, to have the expected effect," says the doctor. Eucalyptus, lavender and lavender oil baths have proven effective in the case of neuroses, insomnia and stress.
For circulatory problems and stimulation of the nervous system the therapist advises us to use rosemary oil. Moreover, if you feel weak and flabby you can confidently use lemon oil, which plays the general tone.
